Abstract

2020 was a year marked by new realities due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the last few years have been impactful, characterized by new realities guided by the loss of freedom and larger social isolation. People were forced to a new way of being and we
witnessed a cluster and application of work in all areas of social and economic activity. The Public Administration was not exception and sought to adapt to the existing reality facing a set of challenges that emerged extremely quickly. In an increasingly adverse environment in competitive terms, it becomes relevant for companies and institutions to invest in work methodologies that allow them to obtain productivity catalogues above the expectations outlined by management. Therefore, and in a widespread manner, Teleworking was implemented in Public Administration. However, this model of work activity for workers in community is still far from being privileged by the Government. The aim of this study, through the general goal is to analyze the perspectives of Public Administration workers in adopting Teleworking. Consequently, this study has the specific purposes of identifying the perception of
Public Administration workers on the balance between personal life and professional in the context of Teleworking and finally, recognize what workers perception regarding the applicability of Teleworking in Public Administration. The results allow us to conclude that, in general, workers respondents are motivated and accept this modality as practices of work, but the importance of having working conditions for the execution of tasks, specifically ergonomic issues, computer equipment as well as such as paying expenses such as electricity and internet. It should also be noted that the organizations did not motivate their employees at all to carry out teleworking tasks.
