FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Abstract

This work focuses on the legal framework of fixed-term employment contracts. In this way, we aim to carry out a global analysis of the regime under study here, set out in articles 139º to 149º of the Labour Code, with a view to better clarifying and understanding the underlying theme. In this way, we intend to study in more depth and objectively the modality of the fixed-term employment contract regime, alluding to its genesis, as well as studying the theoretical and practical consequences of the regime now in force.
